Stacey Vulakh, Innovator of the Timestyle™ Approach to Time Management, Creates Unique Seminar for Maximizing Productivity and Effectiveness

San Jose, CA (PRWEB) October 26, 2010

Effective and productive people know the secret to time management. They fiercely guard their time, leverage opportunities and maintain a sense of control. But a majority of individuals in today’s busy world do not possess strong time management skills and suffer because of it. To address their needs, Stacey Vulakh, Time Management Coach and creator of the Timestyle™ approach, has launched a new seminar, “Timestyle: The Latte Approach to Time Management.”

“Many people struggle with the issue of time management and are constantly stressed out because of it. I see it in everyone who hires me!” explains Stacey Vulakh. “And since how people spend their time is as unique and personal as their latte order, I created this seminar. It’s all about managing your time according to your own lifestyle.”

Vulakh works with corporate professionals as well as many entrepreneurs and solopreneurs. Explains Vulakh, “The challenges of my self-employed clients tend to be magnified because often they work from a home-office, have minimal boundaries and rarely take time off.” Additionally, says Vulakh, “Regardless of your employment situation, adapting effective time management techniques is an investment in your performance and health since stress affects your sleeping habits, diet, mood – not to mention how you speak, think and feel.”

Elaine Starling, owner of Starling Media Services, Inc., recently collaborated with Vulakh and has endorsed her methodology citing, “Stacey quickly identifies your needs and guides you to a customized, effective solution.” Additionally, “Stacey has identified what works, how to quickly move through your challenges, and how to have fun at the same time.”

Vulakh personally knows first-hand the challenges of balancing it all. In addition to running her private coaching and consulting practice, and conducting her popular workshops and seminars, she is a mother to 11-month old twins and an active community member. Based on her own busy life, personally and professionally, she developed her Timestyle approach; a powerful system that allows one to maximize productivity and time, increase control and improve effectiveness.

Recently, Vulakh also partnered with professional organizer, Melissa Stacey of Feeling Organized (http://www.feelingorganized.com). Both are members of the National Association or Professional Organizers (http://NAPO.net) and are developing a 5-part time management course called “24 Hours Are Enough” in which they teach small groups the tenets of organizing time. Stacey Vulakh also conducts other presentations, such as: “Time Tools: The P’s of Productivity” and “Time Management and Time Out: Why a Traditional Approach to Time Management Doesn’t Work”.

Leaked slides show Windows Phone 7′s update strategy, Windows Live ID requirement, more

Though much of Microsoft’s technical strategy for Windows Phone 7 materialized at MIX last month, the company stayed hazy on a handful of key details — portions of the hardware specifications were left to guesses and hearsay, for instance, as was the software update strategy. Much of that appears to be coming to light now thanks to a leaked “architecture guide” slide deck where we seeing that retail devices will be required to feature cameras (that could be a problem for corporate devices in high-security environments), FM radio tuners, compasses, and proximity sensors, among other more obvious features like capacitive touchscreen displays; of course, these are requirements for the initial volley of launch devices at the end of 2010, and it’s probably reasonable to assume that future chassis specs will be tweaked. Moving to software, the deck confirms that a Windows Live ID will be required to set up the handset — much the same way that Android strongly encourages the use of a Google account — and that application purchases will be tied to the ID

Games picks of the week

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction , PC & Xbox 360 Gravel-voiced Sam Fisher is back, this time turned renegade and on a mission of revenge. That means all that mucking about knocking people unconscious has given way to the odd bit of lurking in the shadows before jumping out and snapping necks. It’s a far more visceral game than past outings, featuring gruesome interrogation sequences, which only involve pressing one button yet make you feel implicated in Fisher’s wince-inducing brutality.

Introducing the Guardian Eyewitness app for iPad

I’m delighted to introduce you to the Guardian’s first iPad project: the Guardian Eyewitness app . This free app has been created to coincide with the launch of what looks certain to be a hugely exciting new device from Apple. For those reading this outside the US, you’ll need to wait a few weeks to see it working on an actual iPad (much like the Guardian development team itself).
